Passwordless web login with one-time codes delivered over Telegram and expired from Redis.

Implemented Telegram OTP-only web login with cryptographically generated six-digit codes and rate-limited login and verification endpoints.
Codes are stored in Redis with a five-minute TTL and removed after successful verification; login state is kept in Flask sessions.
